Delivery Information
We offer next day delivery through DPD, UPS and Parcelforce, cut of time.
Next day delivery Cut-Off Times for couriers 2:30pm.
Next day delivery Cut-Off Times for Pallets 12:00pm.
For items not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.
Out of stock items are automatically added to back order.
Delivery charges
Mainland UK, £8.00. Carriage free for shipments over £125.00 net value.
For Ireland, Europe and rest of the world, shipping charges will be quoted.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.
Items must be in their original boxes and condition and in the original packaging.
Include any invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
Please allow 10 business days for the processing of returned items.
Only filters sold by Filtration Warehouse can be returned.
Filters sent back without Filtration Warehouse return note will not be processed for credit.
Refunds
Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of returned item.
An additional email will be sent within 10 business days of receipt regarding the status of the return.
15 % handling charge is deducted to inspect, put back in stock, credit.
Where customer has provided incorrect cross reference / information surcharge applies.
In the event Filtration Warehouse has supplied incorrect filters, the above surcharge does not apply.
ALL specially ordered filters are NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Filtration Warehouse will collect incorrectly supplied filters at their cost.
